webby site overhaul

currently the website is prepared enough to come out of maitenence mode i have some patch notes

• updated alter page list to include almost everyone (and link to their page with handy little buttons)
• added a site map as well
• some cleaning up of the CSS file
• major redoing of some pages
• pfp resources should be accessible now
• CONTACT PAGE I ADDED A CONTACT PAGE
• redid the 404 a bit
• some heavy folder restructuring
• added a quotes page
• added alter pages for almost everyone

i would love to add some blinkies to this site (will likley be on a seperate from main page area for accessibility reasons) so send yours over! i have offically started using the CLI to push updates to the site. also mid rewrite all 100+ alter profile pictures corrupted due to a hard drive failure so that was fun luckily i could pull some from pk (pluralkit) however some are sadly lost to time :(, any and all ideas of what to add are welcome send them to my inbox via any of the contact info on the contact me page! there may be some new pages set up over the next few weeks so keep an eye out for that! some plans for new pages are (by no means definite or exaustive):

• system resource page
• domain hoard (listen i keep buying them might as well plug them)
